Michael Development is currently looking for a part-time Caretaker for general building cleaning of a 3-building apartment complex in Baxter, MN.

Caretaker Responsibilities and Duties

• To daily, keep all entryways, glass surfaces and common areas clean
• Keeping all assigned interior and exterior areas clean and free of debris by sweeping, dusting vacuuming, and mopping
• Must keep the community rooms clean for resident’s use, as well as public restroom and fitness rooms
• The Caretaker must clean all apartment turnovers in the agreed-upon time frame, typically, apartment turnovers occur between the last day of the month and the first day of the month.
• Assist in general tasks such as watering plants, shoveling snow, pushing in trash dumpsters as needed, empty trash containers inside, general upkeep of the property and any other duties as assigned by the Manager

Caretaker Qualifications and Skills

• Previous Housekeeping or Caretaker Experience is preferred
• Must be a team player and communicate daily with office and maintenance staff as needed
• Candidate should be organized, punctual and pay attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently and complete general work duties in a timely manner
• Must be familiar with cleaning products and their various uses
