Additionally, Organizational Development Consultant implements and reports on the effectiveness of leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Organizational Development Consultant work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. The Job Our Early Intervention Program is looking for a caring and dedicated Bilingual Developmental Specialist (Spanish/English). This full or part time position is part of our multi-disciplinary team providing support services to families and their children ages birth to three with developmental delays or risk factors for delays. Services are provided throughout Andover, North Andover, Methuen, and Lawrence through in-person visits. The Bilingual Developmental Specialist will bring their expertise and knowledge to our impactful work with children and families while working collaboratively with our Early Intervention team.
