Full Time Residential Handyman

Premier Development is seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician or Handyman to join the team for one of their luxury residential communities. The maintenance positions will include the responsibility for the care and comfort of the residents including general interior and exterior maintenance; repairs in apartments and building common areas; responding to service requests of the residents and preparing apartments for market.

****Only applicants who live within a 25 minute drive will be considered due to the on-call schedule.

Other Responsibilities and Requirements

3 years previous residential maintenance experience required. New construction experience preferred.

Understanding of appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry repair required.

Must be available to respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotation-basis.

Must have valid driver’s license - no exceptions.

Must have reliable transportation & tools - no exceptions.

Work Authorization: United States (Required).
