Business Development Senior Consultant, Environment & Health

You will join our Environment & Health Market business unit

As our new Business Development Senior consultant, you will be part of Ramboll Environment & Health, a dynamic and international business unit with highly skilled colleagues and strong team spirit across multiple geographies in Europe, the Americas, and Asia Pacific. You will report to the Operational Excellence Lead and work closely with the Client Program Lead and Global Market Director.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be twofold:

Clients & Sales related responsibilities

• Drive program management of the Environment & Health Market Committee cross-over action workstreams and annual wheel activities
• Assist with client survey generation incl. results reporting, dissimulation and follow-up on both a client-specific and geographic-specific dimension
• Lead the annual client review using Group Key Account processes and tools
• Drive CRM usage in Key Accounts as well as support on the Key Account planning process
• Ensure MSA / framework registration and maintenance on CRM

Strategy related responsibilities

• Assist with strategy implementation, execution, and reporting tasks
• Drive the annual business plan development, tracking and reporting processes
• Assist with Clients & Sales Program implementation and business case development (Key Accounts, Global Sectors, Top Global Opportunity Management)
• Support to business case development and refinement
• Assists with M&A due diligence tasks when relevant
• Drive other strategic projects as identified and defined
• Capture and communicate market and competitor intelligence and trends with quarterly business update preparation
• Administratively coordinate with other business units on specific strategy elements

• Holds an M.Sc. or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Commerce, Economics or a related field.
• Is recognised as an individual with strong organisational skills, program management capabilities and demonstrated ability to create and manage change in global organizations.
• Has solid business and commercial understanding and is able to identify needs/demands.
• Is experienced with Business Model Canvas development.
• Understands project models and project requirements.
• Has strong capabilities to build a network across the business in multiple geographies and Markets and the ability to build global relationships with peers in other business units.
• Is proactive by nature and able to coordinate with stakeholders.
