We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. Duties:
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and buffing floors
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Familiarity with floor care procedures such as buffing and carpet cleaning
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
