Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Being an Organizational Development Director oversees the development of programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Reviews key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Director proposes changes to organizational structure to leverage talent and provide development opportunities to key leaders in the organization. Develops systematic collection and evaluation of performance metrics. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Organizational Development Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Organizational Development Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Description:
    Our client is currently seeking a Sr, Organizational Development Specialist that will join a team that allows you will apply your excellent organization, problem-solving, influence and communication skills to support learning and development and career-growth programs across the organization. 

    This job will have the following responsibilities:
    • Partner with functional SMEs and OD team to develop and deliver learning (in person, e-learning modules, content curation) following the ADDIE model. 
    • Manage training logistics for assigned projects including preparation, maintenance, and distribution, of training materials and corporate LMS. 
    • Facilitate training in person and/or online. Communicate with managers, supervisors and employees on how to analyze training needs and career growth goals and recommend learning and development activities.
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Previous work experience as a trainer or facilitator 
    • Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation  
    • Knowledge of change management methodology and best practices 
    • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments  
    • Exceptional communication, presentation and public speaking skills 
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office [Preferred] HRIS experience (Workday) Education and/or 
    • BA degree in Education, Training, HR, OD or related field required 
    • 5 years of progressive learning and development or instructional design experience preferred
