Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Job Summary:
SOS Children’s Villages Florida has an opening for a Director of Development. This position is responsible for working with the Chief Development Officer to lead development activities to raise funds for organization programs, services, and operations.
