Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Being an Organizational Development Director oversees the development of programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Reviews key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement. Rising Star Resource Development Corporation is seeking an experienced and hands on individual to join our team of professionals whose duties consist of management of cleaning crew, floor services and special services in facility maintenance.
Knowledge and application of industrial standards as well as Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.

Physical Requirements : Overall Strength Demands : The following describes the overall strength demand of the functions performed by the incumbent during a typical workday. Light to medium lifting
Machines, Tools, Equipment and Work Aids : The essential functions of this position require the use of cleaning supplies such as : mop, cleaning chemicals, vacuum and possibly a buffer.
Environmental Factors : The essential functions of this position are performed indoors in 70-80 degrees. Potential exists for lifting up to 30 pounds.
