Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Being an Organizational Development Director oversees the development of programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Reviews key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement. In a learning capacity, this position will provide IT support and assistance on work efforts for Agency Services Director’s Office. This position will assist in providing the basic duties including but not limited to assisting with design, implementation, and support of technical solutions. Good communication skills in both written and verbal form are essential along with the ability to work on multiple tasks at one time.
