Be an upwardly progressive and stable career history; proven track record, and at least (3) years in an Economic Development organization, and must be a residence of Red River County.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Act as the chief operating executive of the Corporation and reports to the seven board appointed by the Clarksville City Council. Responsible for directing, coordinating and administrating the economic development efforts of the city which are funded by dedicated sales tax, and implement policies and directives mutually established by the Board of Directors.
