JOB DESCRIPTION
The Regional Director of Business Development leads by communicating with and developing staff members, building consensus for programs and goals that support a business, function, or geographic area. Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision, manages day to day operations as well as all sales and marketing activities, for their respective territory. Provides oversight and support resources to each facility Executive Director as well as facility level Marketing & Sales associates. The Regional Director of Business Development is accountable for meeting and exceeding the occupancy and revenue goals while complying with government and agency regulations. Responsible for ensuring fiscal management of community marketing budgets is implemented and followed. Works with the Chief Financial Officer to coordinate and prepare and execute the marketing and sales budget for their respective territory. Understands local markets within region and collaborates with Operations and Regional Sales management to make pricing recommendations.The Regional Director of Business Development reviews and analyzes weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports to ensure accuracy of information and to make recommendations for necessary changes. Partners with Training and Development to actively participate in sales training activities for the Division. The Regional Director of Business Development promotes AdviniaCare in a positive manner and sets the example for company’s standards for excellence. Serves as a consensus builder among Sales and Operations teams.
