Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Being an Organizational Development Director oversees the development of programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Reviews key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Director proposes changes to organizational structure to leverage talent and provide development opportunities to key leaders in the organization. Develops systematic collection and evaluation of performance metrics. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Organizational Development Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Organizational Development Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Job Summary: The Organizational Development Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support to People & Culture and Organizational Development teams by researching, data mining, reporting, interpreting, and communicating data finding clearly into insightful information to identify gaps and drive organizational effectiveness.

     

    Essential Job Functions: 

    • Utilizes analytical skills to extract, transform and load data from reports, and systems, including HRIS (Human Resource Information System), Compensation, and LMS (Learning Management System)
    • Develops, implements, and maintains metrics, reports, and dashboards with stakeholders from the P&C/OD business functions regarding reach and impact to programs, initiatives, and organizational strengths/gaps for increased organizational effectiveness
    • Provides information and analysis essential for organizational effectiveness within the P&C/OD business functions
    • Present and explain findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
    • Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to the supervisor and/or a Health Safety and Environmental team member
    • Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals
    • Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
    • Performs other duties as assigned

     

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years’ experience in a related field required
    • Tableau experience preferred
    • Must have analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills 
    • Must have advanced computer and technological skills 
    • Project management skills 
    • Experience working with data analytics within organizations 
    • Ability to query, run reports, analyze, interpret, and translate data into meaningful insights 
    • Capable of effectively presenting information to internal and external groups
    • Human Resource experience is a plus 
    • Must maintain strict confidentiality of employee records
    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral or diagram form
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR
    • Must pass a background check and drug screen

    • Repetitive use of hands
    • Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
