Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Being an Organizational Development Director oversees the development of programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. JOB DESCRIPTION:
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Knowledge
Demonstrated knowledge of technology, information management systems, marketing, resource development, donor software, communication, and public relations skills.Business communications—written and verbal.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
Experience
A minimum of five (5) years of resource development, and special events implementation in a non-profit organization with responsibilities of directing, managing, and implementing all marketing, resource development, and special event strategies. Knowledge of the policies, programs, and procedures of Boys & Girls Clubs, or of the principles and practices of similar non-profit organizations.
