Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. The Organizational Development Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function.     The Position:

    As the Information Technology Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of the IT needs across all divisions of Inland Group. This position will be based in our Spokane, WA office.

    • Manage, implement, and maintain all information technology systems across the organization, including at our corporate office, properties across our portfolio, and our active construction sites, either directly or through strategic partnerships.
    • Develop long-term strategies using technology to create operational efficiencies and to capitalize upon opportunities across the organization.
    • Manage relationships with our third-party Service Partner, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, operational processes, and management guidelines.
    • Provide subject matter expertise for strategic business objectives and keep an active gauge on industry trends.
    • Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess productivity levels, operating costs, upgrade requirements, etc.
    • Maintain corporate office conference room technology and security system.
    • Oversee all technology vendor and service provider contracts (i.e., MSP, large printers, etc.)
    • Manage and maintain full inventory for all technology hardware and software.
    • Analyze complex business needs and identify issues that impede success within IT department and end-users, work with leadership to develop plans to resolve issues.
    • Drive continuous improvement activities and implementations across functional areas.
    • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practice.

    What We Are Seeking:

    A people-focused and business-minded Information Technology Director to lead and deliver strategic technology optimizations and services across the organization.

    • Must be a team player who takes a ‘we’ over ‘me’ approach to building and sustaining relationships with others.
    • Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated.
    • 5-10 years of experience working in technology management.
    • Experience managing technology infrastructure– hardware, software, and systems network.
    • Previous experience providing technology support to remote work locations.
    • Experience managing technology outsourced partners.
    • Experience with managing Microsoft 365 platform, VoIP Solutions, custom applications, etc.
    • Experience with Salesforce environments.
    • Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study preferred; high school diploma or equivalency certificate required.
    • Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle.

    • Competitive salary starting at $110k based on experience.
