Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Being an Organizational Development Director oversees the development of programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Reviews key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Director proposes changes to organizational structure to leverage talent and provide development opportunities to key leaders in the organization. Job Purpose:
The Safe Parking Program Director is responsible for the supervision of case management of program participants. The Program Director will work with program participants and staff in a compassionate and professional manner as it relates to program objectives. Objectives include supportive interaction with participants, business/landowners specific to each host site, volunteers, partner agencies, MVCD board members and team members. The weekly schedule for this position is as follows: Monday-Friday.
Essential Functions:
· Provide supervision of programmatic staff.
· HMIS data entry, administration, and monitoring.
· Case management software training, monitoring, and data entry.
· Facilitate case management coordination meetings with staff.
· Facilities technician task management coordination.
· Assist with communication between participants and host sites if needed.
· Enter observations and communications where applicable.
· Participate in program meetings and relevant trainings as directed.
· Treat guests and staff in a culturally sensitive manner.
· Adhere to agency policies and procedures.
· Other duties as assigned that adhere to program needs.

Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
Ability to be flexible, adaptive, and positive in a constantly changing environment.
Ability to always maintain professionalism and strong boundaries.
Position Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in social services, human development or related preferred.
· Professional experience managing/directing a social services program preferred.
· Experience working with low-income and/or houseless persons preferred.
· Desire to work in an organization that serves people who are experiencing poverty and houselessness.
· Knowledge of HIPPA and confidence to adhere to client confidentiality.
