Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Being an Organizational Development Director oversees the development of programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Reviews key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Director proposes changes to organizational structure to leverage talent and provide development opportunities to key leaders in the organization. Develops systematic collection and evaluation of performance metrics. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. We are looking for a dedicated individual to oversee all fundraising activities and to manage relationships with Millhill's financial partners. This includes planning fundraising events, interacting and finding donors both public and private and encourage ongoing contributions and seeking out opportunities for financial support through grants and sponsorships.
The essential duties are as follows:
This position is a 30-hour per week position which we consider full-time and allows for eligibility to participate in the agency's benefit programs. This position can be a hybrid position and depending on the needs of the agency, some weeks may allow the ability to work 100% from home.
