Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Being an Organizational Development Director oversees the development of programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Reviews key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Director proposes changes to organizational structure to leverage talent and provide development opportunities to key leaders in the organization. Develops systematic collection and evaluation of performance metrics. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Organizational Development Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Organizational Development Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Director of Business Development (East Coast)

  • What You'll Be Doing:

    • Research and identify sales targets within assigned territory
    • Consistently network and outreach to accounts and sales targets
    • Use consultative sales approach to identify customers needs and potential barriers
    • Work with management to formulate short and long-term sales action plans
    • Maintain necessary sales reports and sales logs required by management
    • Maintain reports of all sales calls, referral contacts, accounts and competitor files
    • Conducts, participates and attends educational meetings and seminars
    • Travels frequently, often on short trips
    • Assist Governing Body with decisions of advertising, relationship building and networking to help True Rx obtain new clients
    • Acts as a liaison between the company and the HR personnel with our clients.
    • Assumes full responsibility for his/her own actions, professional skills, and attitude
    • Performs additional duties as assigned by management

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or four to ten years related experience and/or training, equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 3 Years of outside B2B or medical sales experience
    • Proven track record of sales success
    • Proficienct use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
    • Ability to travel as needed

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous PBM insurance sales experience
    • PBM industry knowledge and/ or relationships
