Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Being an Organizational Development Director oversees the development of programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Reviews key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Director proposes changes to organizational structure to leverage talent and provide development opportunities to key leaders in the organization. Develops systematic collection and evaluation of performance metrics. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Organizational Development Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Organizational Development Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. As the Director of Organizational Development, you will play a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture within our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives that align with our business goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and executing organizational development initiatives, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of best practices in organizational development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive organizational development strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
    • Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify and address organizational development needs, gaps, and opportunities.
    • Design and deliver programs and initiatives that support employee development, talent management, and succession planning.
    • Lead cultural transformation initiatives and foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Develop and execute change management strategies to support organizational change initiatives, including communication plans, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
    • Provide leadership coaching and development to senior leaders and managers to enhance their leadership capabilities and drive employee engagement.
    • Conduct organizational assessments and diagnose organizational issues to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
    • Collaborate with HR and other cross-functional teams to ensure that organizational development initiatives are integrated with other HR programs and processes.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and bring innovative ideas and solutions to drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to organizational development.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in organizational development or a related field.
    • Experience working in a leadership role within a complex organization.
    • Certification in a relevant organizational development program is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices related to organizational development.
    • Proven track record of successful organizational development initiatives and outcomes.
    • Experience working with diverse teams.
    • Proficient in using relevant software and technology platforms.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
