Organizational Development Manager manages all aspects of organizational development. Oversees the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Manager develops programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Facilitates the development and implementation of employee performance measurements to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Manager assesses leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Organizational Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Role and Responsibilities
Collaboratively plan and coordinate strategies and engagements that target organizational and unit-level challenges and priorities. Participate in Institute wide program design, organizational/ and cultural change efforts. This position will interact on a regular basis with: Organization and unit management, faculty and staff, and other members of the Consulting team. This position typically will advise and counsel: Organization and unit management, including managers and staff.

Job Duties:
1. Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to identify, define, and create solutions.
2. Support the development of implementation, change management, and communication plans for recommendations provided challenges and priorities.
3. Support the development of project documentation such as project scope agreements, status reports, assessment tools (such as surveys or interview guides), assessment reports, improvement roadmaps, and other documents to assist senior consultants and other members of project teams.
4. Coordinate the documentation, tracking and communication of project tasks and progress through an online project management tool and status reporting mechanisms.
5. Assist in defining, tracking, and communicating value and impact of projects through case study development.
6. Perform benchmark and value analysis.
7. Lead small-scale or elements of larger unit and/or Institute level projects, as instructed.
8. Collect, analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to isolate and resolve organizational challenges.
9. Support the implementation of projects, surveys, programs, and other change initiatives for the organization and/or assigned units.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $60,959.00 - $68,160.00 per year
