Organizational Development Manager manages all aspects of organizational development. Oversees the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Manager develops programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Facilitates the development and implementation of employee performance measurements to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Manager assesses leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Description
This position is responsible for using independent judgment and professional discretion to book substantial, profitable business into the hotel, taking into consideration the needs of the hotel as well as those of the client. This position must be able to take the general pricing guidelines and booking patterns into consideration and make sound business decisions that will positively impact the hotel’s revenue. Failure to be successful at this may cause the hotel substantial financial hardship.

Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Must have a high school diploma or GED plus at least three (3) years of experience in hotel sales; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the above knowledge, skills and abilities. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must have a high level of attention to detail. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
