Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Manage banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Work closely with catering manager to execute events according to the client's specifications
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all banquet events
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment
Experience:
- Previous experience in banquet or restaurant management
- Proficiency in bartending and food handling procedures
- Strong interviewing and hiring skills
- Knowledge of food production techniques and menu planning
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
