i3 is hiring a motivated, results-oriented Senior Program MAnager/Organizational Lead in the Training Aids, Devices, Simulations, and Simulators (TADSS) Portfolio with a passion for training. In this position you will be responsible for cost, schedule, and performance of i3 Virtual Training, Simulation, and Gaming (VTSG) on US Air Force training applications, interactive multimedia instruction (IMI) technology. The candidate for this position should have a strong background in project management, managing/leading creative teams, and interfacing/briefing Corporate Executives and customers. You should have knowledge of the Air Force Acquisition Process, Air Force Special Programs Office (SPO) funding channels and be highly familiar with the USAF structure.
The ideal candidate provides on-site customer interaction, evaluates government furnished information (GFI), and leads the development of courseware design documentation. You will lead daily tasks and work with government customers, support contractors and Team i3 Project and Functional Leads to ensure compliance with project management plans and integrated master schedules.
