Center for Human Development, Inc. is seeking a full time Crisis Case Manager to respond to crisis situations in the community. Conduct crisis assessments and prepare safety plans, arrange hospitalization, provide resources, and care coordination direct services. Testify in civil commitment proceedings as appropriate. Respond to crisis situations in the community and the emergency department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a social sciences field; or two years of relevant mental health experience. CADC or willingness to pursue certification. Must qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Associate. Must pass all criminal history check requirements as required by ORS 181.536-181.537 and in accordance with OAR 407-007-0200-407-007-0370 and drug screening. Must possess a valid Oregon Driver’s license and be insurable for client service purposes, travel between business offices, and to attend required meeting and/or trainings.
