Organizational Development Manager manages all aspects of organizational development. Oversees the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Manager develops programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Facilitates the development and implementation of employee performance measurements to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Manager assesses leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Organizational Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Organizational Development Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Summary:

    Maintains the company’s organizational structure including tracking and reporting organizational changes and headcount. Supports Human Resources (HR)
    related projects and programs at HMMA.

    Essential Functions:

    • Create and maintain all department organizational charts, including maintaining the company organizational structure within SAP.
    • Create and generate reports to track organizational changes, statistics, and company headcount.
    • Consult with and support department managers with organizational structure and headcount requests.
    • Support human resources projects and programs.
    • Assist with the annual staffing budget (headcount) for all departments.
    • Support the company’s automated reporting and approval system (Autoway) program.
    • Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
    • Meet all other requirements as assigned.

    Position Requirements:
    Education

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

    Related Experience

    0 – 10 years of job related experience preferred

    Skills / Knowledge

    • MS Word
    • MS Excel
    • MS PowerPoint
    • SAP desired

    Training / Certification

    PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) preferred

    Additional Information:
    Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call
    duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
