Oversees the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Position Summary:
This position will oversee the official youth basketball platform for the CT Sun, Junior Sun Academy (JSA) which is dedicated to improving positive youth development in the community through highly engaging basketball programs. Programs include initiatives like basketball camps, clinics, mentorship, girl-specific programming, and youth basketball leagues. The person will play an integral role in the development and execution of our youth basketball vision and goals.
