Learning Organizational Development Specialist

    Collaborated with the LOD team on learning initiatives, training programs, and skills/knowledge enhancement plans/courses relating to organizational and employee growth and development across all the business units in the US. Supporting the Best Practices in conjunction with the LOD team on Training & Development to implement and accomplish the LOD Calendar thorough the year

    Primary Duties 

    • Protect & further develop established relationships with top US Universities (Paper & Packaging), ICP, students & faculty and proactively manages on-campus events, career fairs, university job boards etc.
    • Manages the operation of the Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) and Internship Program for US.
    • Contributes in development activities (workshops) on the GTP & Internship Program and assist in reviews/improvement cycle of these Programs.
    • Provides ongoing support to all trainees on the Programs - carries out frequent check in calls / follow ups, keeps them engaged / focused etc.
    • Assist the Interns & Graduates Trainees with their individual development plans / career path.
    • In charge of all logistical aspects of the GTP & Internship Program.
    • Contributes on the creation of leadership development programs to support the organization and drive long-term sustainable growth.
    • In charge of all administrative procedures, logistics, payments, and coordination of the LOD events.
    • Tracking, follow up and attendance of all the employees on the SKNA workshops
    • LOD Calendar implementation support managing deadlines and progress across the US Plants to ensure the programs are delivered successfully on time.
    • May be assigned to other projects and duties.
