The Development Support Specialist provides initial and ongoing mentoring and developmental support to front-line staff and the ability to adapt coaching styles and methods to individual learning styles and needs.

Working Conditions :
While performing the job duties in the office or at a home office, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands;

Exposure to noise typical with office operations. Ability to hear and speak.
