Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. If you have a passion for working with children and possess the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Provide attentive care to children in a safe and secure environment - Create and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development - Maintain a clean and organized childcare area - Ensure the well-being of each child by following health and safety guidelines - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities - Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a positive and engaging learning environment - Assist with meal preparation, feeding, diapering, and potty training as needed - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members Experience: - Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting or similar role - Experience in toddler care, infant care, or classroom management is preferred - Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices - Ability to engage children in educational activities that promote learning and development - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Patience, empathy, and understanding when dealing with children's emotions and behavior - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment - Experience working with students or providing educational support is a plus If you are passionate about providing quality care for children and have the necessary skills and experience, we invite you to apply for the position of Childcare Provider. Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Chester, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
