  • Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business to business sales. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

    Duties:
    - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
    - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and promote our products and services
    - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential target markets
    - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion
    - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
    - Analyze sales data and metrics to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement
    - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support

    Skills:
    - Proven experience in technical sales, outside sales, or business development
    - Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
    - Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and data
    - Account management experience is a plus
