Role Description:
As a PaperPie Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring positive, mission-centric customer experiences and Brand Partner support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries and providing guidance to our Brand Partners according to policy through the utilization of our Support Ticket software, phone calls, and effective cross-team collaboration. You will also contribute to the success of our PaperPie Learning program, working closely with schools, libraries, and our Educational Services Representatives (ESR).
Responsibilities:
1. Close collaboration with our PaperPie Operations and Marketing teams to support our mission of literacy and learning through virtual and in-person events and internal and external communications.
2. Daily engagement with our Support Ticket and phone systems in the Educational and Brand Partner Services categories.
3. Working closely with our special programs to facilitate answers and provide resources for our department and Brand Partners.
4. Direct involvement with the PaperPie Learning program through placing orders, validating and auditing ESR listings, monitoring and issuing ESR certifications, assisting in vendor bids, funneling sales leads, and providing program communication.

*Associate’s Degree with a preference in a communications, education, or service-related field.

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive multiple simultaneous projects to completion within set timelines.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
* Experience in successfully connecting and serving customers.
* Experience preferred in working with computer systems like Slack, Google Suite, Ticket Intake systems, and more.
* Willingness to learn and be teachable, especially around relevant software and technology tools.
