Being an Organizational Development Specialist, Sr. is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Organizational Development Specialist, Sr. performs a variety of tasks.     Autism Behavior and Cognitive Development is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency providing therapy to individuals with Autism in Daphne and Mobile, AL and the surrounding areas. We are professional, data-driven, fun and our goal is to provide ABA services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities to teach new skills and replace problem behaviors with more socially appropriate behaviors and skills.

    Job Requirements:

    • Passion for working and growing in the Professional field of Mental Health Care
    • Willingness to take the Behavior Analysis Basic Training provided in-house
    • Ability to pass the board exam and get certified
    • High school diploma
    • At least 18 years old
    • Passing a background check
    • RBT work experience is preferred

    Job Duties:

    • Providing direct one-on-one and group behavioral treatment
    • Following the behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols
    • Collecting and recording data based on the client's behavior
    • Communicating with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding the client's progress with the supervisor's approval
    • Assisting behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts with behavior reduction and skills acquisition assessments
    • Assisting behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts in the preparation of teaching materials and set-up
    • Providing constructive feedback and communication to help improve the client's treatment

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
