We have openings for full-time Maintenance Technicians in the Santa Rosa, Windsor, Petaluma, and Sonoma/Napa areas. Qualified candidates must have 2 years of experience in Property Maintenance, have a valid DL, be able to work independently, be reliable, punctual, and able to perform the essential functions of the job.
Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for oversight of the daily maintenance of assigned apartment complexes. Under the general direction of the Maintenance Crew Leader, a Maintenance Technician will complete work orders received by the resident manager at assigned properties. He/She is responsible for performing the duties listed below. It is possible for an assignment to one particular property but is at the sole discretion of management. A technician may be reassigned and/or rescheduled based on the needs of properties managed by Burbank Housing.
