    Position Description:

    Works inside the community to create relationships with employers, educators Community-Based Organizations (CBO's), staffing companies, charters, networking groups and other potential partners. Understands the staffing needs of Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities and works closely with the department leaders and hiring managers. Identifies candidates that meet different staffing requirements through the evaluation of applicant documents, assessments and trainings. Will work with inside staffing specialist to advertise jobs internally on Goodwill site(s). Responsible for organizing, participating and networking at various recruiting events such as job fairs. Reports daily tasks back to their leader. Supports the expansion of MyCareerAdvisor in the community through different organizations. Also supports the awareness of other services such as the Excel center and Philanthropy.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Identifies potential employers in the community interested in a partnership with Goodwill Staffing.
    • Works with external recruiting companies on supporting those who need jobs outside of direct hire.
    • Targets, prospects, develops, and manages long-term partner relationships with specific CBO's, through the use of a consultative sales process.
    • Secures an agreed upon number of weekly appointments with new and current CBO's residing in assigned community area portfolio and documents this activity per company standard.
    • In partnership with Marketing and Events teams, collaborates on promotional materials needed.
    • Has direct contact with individuals of all levels, both internal and external, to promote community partnerships.
    • Collaborates with internal departments focused on fulfilling all GCNA and Mission Services opportunities.
    • Attends and speaks at community and networking events to build awareness of Mission and GCNA services.
    • Responsive to customer's needs and follows through on all aspects of requests, both written and verbal, in a timely manner.
    • Monitors effective benchmarks for measuring the growth of the community; analyzes, reviews, and reports on effectiveness of new initiatives. Builds action plan for Mission Services alignment.
    • Coordinates events with CBO's to enhance market awareness and Mission Services objectives.
    • Maintains a comprehensive list of CBO's based on geographic needs of the community we serve, in an effort to establish effective partnerships for all GCNA services.
    • Works closely with other internal Mission Services teams to analyze job seekers demographics in order to strategically identify appropriate CBO's.
    • Acts as technical representative to the customer throughout the relationship.
    • Manages and coordinates community events, such as but not limited to community job fairs, school resource fairs, and Veterans events to promote Mission and GCNA Services.
    • Serves as an ambassador for GCNA and Mission Services in the community.
    • Models Goodwill Core Values - Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
    • Performs other related duties, as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
    • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, business acumen and an autonomous drive to follow through and execute business needs
    • Ability to produce documents written with clearly organized thoughts using proper sentence construction, punctuation, and grammar
    • Ability to speak and read English proficiently
    • B2B experience desired or outside sales, recruiting
    • Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to offer excellent customer service
    • Excellent internet navigation required
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel and Google Drive
    • Valid driver's license and clean MVR
    • Ability to pass a background check, fingerprint clearance, and drug screen, where applicable for position
