    The Senior Manager, Leadership Development, in partnership with senior leaders, HR partners and other key stakeholders, will lead the curriculum design, development, implementation, evaluation and program management of enterprise leadership development offerings. This position assesses Andersen's leadership development needs to build capability and capacity of current leaders and a diverse pipeline of future leaders.

    The role reports to the Senior Director, Talent and Culture Enablement (T&CE) and is required to demonstrate considerable independent judgement, and exceptional management and leadership competence in the areas of people leadership, instructional design, program management, adult learning theory, and vendor management. This role will serve as a trusted advisor within the Talent and Culture Enablement Community of Expertise and to business and human resources leaders. The role will provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in talent development and will adopt and/or adapt best practices impacting the enterprise. This role will partner with key stakeholders, the broader talent development team, and subject matter experts to optimize talent development infrastructure and programming.

    ***Hybrid Role with in office commitment three days each week***

    Responsibilities

    * Partner with HR Leaders, and T&CE peers to conduct needs analysis, diagnose talent gaps, identify solutions, create project plans, and coordinate resources for enterprise-wide development programs and processes.

    * Own the full lifecycle of leadership development programs and processes. Manage the day-to-day execution of those programs and processes, including managing the development content, assets, and vendors.

    * Optimize talent development program delivery resources through collaboration with T&CE, HR partners, and other Communities of Expertise.

    * Recommend development solutions to accelerate successor readiness and retention of key leadership talent.

    * Define leadership development analytics and metrics, establish KPI's and ROI and adjusts strategy based on insights.

    * Continuously evaluate and update current talent and leadership development initiatives against broader organizational strategy and success metrics.

    * Advance and sustain talent and performance management strategies, practices, and processes to support the attraction, development, and retention of diverse talent and the ongoing evolution of our culture of inclusion.

    * Provide thought leadership through awareness of adult learning theory, industry best-practices, cutting edge techniques, instructional design/learning experience design, and talent/leadership development trends.

    * Act as a change agent and trusted advisor on effective and leading-edge talent development strategies to achieve business goals.

    * Create and oversee detailed change and communications strategies for talent and leadership development offerings.

    * Manage and/or facilitate instructor-led training.

    Qualifications

    * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 10 years of progressive organizational development and instructional design experience with an emphasis in leadership development.

    * Exceptional program management and project management skills

    * Excellent problem-solving skills.

    * Deep proficiency in pragmatic application of organization and/or talent development theories, adult learning philosophies, instructional design practices, and methods to create solutions to address talent development needs.

    * Demonstrated ability to partner, collaborate and influence across a broad range of business units and seniority and thrive in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment.

    * Ability to assess and design programs.

    * Ability to lead and influence with an enterprise mindset.
