Job Summary

We are seeking a P&PM Analyst to join the Planning and Performance Management Division of Corporate Affairs The Planning and Performance Management Division is responsible for providing full support to executive management and department planners and HRs full support reviews and develops strategies monitor progress and KPIs and ensure alignment with CA overall goals. The P&PM Analyst primary role is to creating and implement strategies to enhance the culture and workforce and providing counseling to management to approve CA overall performance.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver services to their assigned organization in alignment with Admin Area management senior BL/SL management and corporate HR strategies.
• Implement the organizations vision and mission and develop or implement an internal HR strategy that aligns with the organizations goals and objectives.
• Develop functional requirements for custom applications and implement policies guidelines and procedures.
• Recommend and execute plans aimed at improving employee engagement within the organization.
• Suggest new approaches and procedures to continually enhance the efficiency of the department and the services it provides.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies presentations and longterm plans.
• Challenge and advise managers on how to address strategic issues effectively.
• Provide counseling and coaching to both management and employees.

Requirements:

• Willing to permanently relocate at Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Hold a Bachelors degree in Strategic Management Communications and Human Resources Management.
• Preferred qualifications include PMP Lean Sigma or professional certifications from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree such as an MBA or in Business or Strategic Management is preferred.
• Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in Strategies Development.
• Ability to create various reports and presentations.
• Demonstrate strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills to enhance HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Conduct special P&PMrelated studies including the development of performance initiatives and business cases benchmarking and the design and redesign of measurements.
