Senior Living Communities at Brightwater is currently searching for a Psychologist to help older adults and their families resolve their emotional ambivalence towards change.  We are offering a fantastic opportunity for Psychology professionals to branch out in their field. The position structure is salary commission/bonus.

Requirements:

A.      Education

·         High school diploma or GED required.

·         Four-year college or university degree in clinical, counseling or school psychology or related field required.

·         Master of Arts in Psychology or Doctor of Psychology desired. 

B. Direct Previous Experience

• Minimum of two years of professional experience required.
• Experience with psychological assessment of seniors desired.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills a must.
• Natural ability to connect with seniors and their families desired.
• Marketing and/or sales experience a plus.

C. Skills:

·         Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and databases, plus the willingness to learn other computer programs and software if required.

·         Ability to work with minimal supervision.

·         High level of emotional intelligence required.

·         Must be detail-oriented and be able to work with numbers with a high degree of proficiency.

·         Must conduct all business in a professional manner, with a high level of confidentiality and perform under various time-sensitive or stressful situations.

·         Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record as specified by the Company and by the Company’s automobile insurance carrier.
