Organizational Psychologist studies and assesses the organizations workforce, management, culture, business objectives, and challenges using psychological principles and research methods. Designs and develops programs and tools that will be appropriate for the needs of the organization and which will assist employees and management to better achieve desired goals. Being an Organizational Psychologist utilizes various methods including employee surveys, focus groups, skill assessments, performance appraisals, and other feedback mechanisms to assist management in identifying issues and driving improvements. Creates solutions and programs that may be focused on employee selection, job training, leadership training, workplace and family issues, and change management. Additionally, Organizational Psychologist requires a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Organizational Psychologist works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. The Organizational Change Management Specialist will responsible for leading work streams that support the implementation of people and organizational change management activities within all Arthrex sites in support of global programs/projects. The individual drives all aspects of the implementation of a change management plan that is leveraged for key regional and global initiatives, working under the direction of a Change Manager, and within an overall Change Management Office governance structure. Excellent communications and analytical skills, strong technical project management skills will be essential for this position.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Support the establishment and ongoing operation of the Change Management Office that facilitates regional and global projects. Primarily change initiatives that have low to high level of impact to the organization.
    • Lead and deliver Arthrex's Change Management standard methodology, tools, and templates to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the project.
    • Monitor project adherence to the Change Management plan and drive the applicable work streams which may include: communication, training, impact assessment, and business readiness.
    • Measure change success metrics and report back to the Change Management Office and business stakeholders.
    • Ensure business readiness and adoption using effective communications, training, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Responsible for drafting and executing all change management plan (training, communications, etc.)
    • Conduct impact analysis, assess business readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
    • Coordinate change efforts with Change team, business leaders, Sponsors, as well as project team
    • Integrate change management activities into overall project plan.
    • Work with business stakeholders to ensure the Change Management needs of the project are being appropriately met.
    • Occasional travel may be required.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 6 years of work experience in change management or project management required; preferably in large multi-national organizations
    • 4 years of professional experience in change management, training, and/or communications required
    • Certified Prosci Change Management Methodology or similar certification preferred

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

    • Ability to work independently and interact effectively at all organizational levels.
    • Strong and effective interpersonal skills including verbal and written communications.
    • Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently/with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
    • Motivated self-starter.
    • Experience working with globally diverse partners or cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
    • Organizational change management.
    • Possess global business acumen.
    • Project Management experience a plus.
    • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus – German and Spanish preferred.
