Organizational Psychologist studies and assesses the organizations workforce, management, culture, business objectives, and challenges using psychological principles and research methods. Designs and develops programs and tools that will be appropriate for the needs of the organization and which will assist employees and management to better achieve desired goals. Being an Organizational Psychologist utilizes various methods including employee surveys, focus groups, skill assessments, performance appraisals, and other feedback mechanisms to assist management in identifying issues and driving improvements. Creates solutions and programs that may be focused on employee selection, job training, leadership training, workplace and family issues, and change management. Additionally, Organizational Psychologist requires a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Organizational Psychologist works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.     Responsibilities:

    · Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to understand clients' emotional, behavioural, and psychological needs.

    · Formulate accurate diagnoses based on assessment findings and clinical observations.

    · Utilize various therapeutic modalities to address a wide range of psychological concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

    · Develop crisis management plans and coping strategies.

    · Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) with session notes, treatment plans, and outcomes.

    · Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in the field.

    Qualifications:

    • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience required
    • Licensed Psychologist in the state of Arizona or eligible for licensure.
    • Solid knowledge of psychological theories, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based interventions.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
    • Experience conducting psychological assessments and providing various forms of therapy.
    • Strong ethical foundation and commitment to client confidentiality.
    • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing psychology practice in Arizona.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $36.00 - $55.00 per hour
