Advantage: Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) – Drive Health & Independence

If so, consider joining our team as a Full-Time Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) at Advantage.  This position will include a 11 am - 7 pm schedule, servicing patients in their own homes in the Altoona, PA and Surrouding areas.

What You'll Do:

• Conducting Start of Care comprehensive assessments and completing OASIS timely
• Drafting care plans, reconciling patient medications, and ensuring orders for care are accurate and complete
• Preparing accurate, orderly, and timely documentation
• Coordinating care with patient and provide proper reports to Case Manager
• Provides health care instructions to the patient/family as appropriate per assessment and plan

About You:

An active RN license in the state in which practicing or New Grad with eligibility to take NCLEX.
