Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned remodeling company for over 40 years! We are looking for a Call Center Lead-Setter who fits our company culture, is innovative, has integrity, and will help us continue our reputation of above and beyond customer service and quality work.

Position Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalency; 1 ( ) year(s) of appointment scheduling and call center experience; knowledge of kitchen, bath, solar, and Marketplace products, preferred.
• Verbal, written, computer, and mathematical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Connecteam, and Salesforce (I-360).
• A passion for interior design and helping others.
• Communication, interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational skills.
• Decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenges.

Position Responsibilities:

• Attend goal-setting meetings with Operations Manager and Lead-Setter team.
• Operate a multi-line phone system and transfer call to appropriate extension.
• Oversee daily call cues to verify appointment confirmations and leads.
• Coordinate all schedules of Design Associates.
• Cover the Front Desk with walk-in traffic as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
