We are a growing Insurance Agency in Tamarac is seeking a reliable, motivated call specialist who would be in charge of outbound calls and gaining intakes for our sales producers. Our ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills. A 440 Customer Service License would be required before starting this role. Experience in Commercial Lines is a plus not required.
Duties:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases
- Introduce and promote our products or services to potential customers
- Provide detailed information about our products or services, addressing any questions or concerns
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market expansion
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales or schedule appointments for further discussion
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)/(Creole & English)
- 4-40 Customer Service Representative License (Required)
- Must be able to read & write English.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales software tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections from potential customers
