The Outbound Call Center Manager implements and reviews contact center outbound policies and procedures. Manages and directs all aspects of outbound contact center operations. Being an Outbound Call Center Manager is responsible for staff recruiting, performance evaluation, training, and development. Oversee the outbound interactions and workflow to ensure that performance standards and sales target are met. In addition, Outbound Call Center Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Outbound Call Center Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     We are a growing Insurance Agency in Tamarac is seeking a reliable, motivated call specialist who would be in charge of outbound calls and gaining intakes for our sales producers. Our ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills. A 440 Customer Service License would be required before starting this role. Experience in Commercial Lines is a plus not required.

    Duties:
    - Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases
    - Introduce and promote our products or services to potential customers
    - Provide detailed information about our products or services, addressing any questions or concerns
    - Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
    - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
    - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market expansion
    - Follow up with potential customers to close sales or schedule appointments for further discussion

    Requirements:

    - Bilingual (Spanish & English)/(Creole & English)

    - 4-40 Customer Service Representative License (Required)

    - Must be able to read & write English.
    - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
    - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales software tools
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections from potential customers
