Job Summary:

We are looking to add to our team because we are expanding! We have immediate openings for a Bilingual Outbound Call Center Agent. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, the ability to make a high volume of outbound calls, meet the quota of appointments scheduled, and be a team player with a positive attitude! As an inside sales associate, you are responsible for contacting homeowners and renters by telephone and inform them of our programs, qualify then, and set up appointments with designated Specialist.

Salary:

Hourly rate $16.00, plus commissions

*Top performers can make up to $22.00 an hour*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Successfully complete the required initial training and all additional training stated in the Outbound Call Center Training Plan.
• Contact residential housing owners by telephone to educate them on the programs we have available.
• Qualify the residential housing owner for the program (which includes completing the appropriate documentation required over the phone).
• Set an appointment with the residential housing owner to meet with one of the company’s Specialist.
• Communicate the appointment date and time to the designated Specialist.
• Submit required documentation.
• Required to meet targeted goals.
• Contribute to the efforts of the team and the company’s overall goals.
• Maintain continuity by documenting and communication actions, irregularities, and continuing needs appropriately.
• Attend and participate in all training sessions and meetings.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Debe ser bilingüe 
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 years experience in customer service
• 1 years of outbound calling experience highly preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Must be computer literate, experience with Microsoft Office Products.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently sitting, listening, verbally communicating, and using wrists, hands and fingers to enter data into computer systems.  Occasionally required to carry, push, pull, and walk.  The employee may also on occasion be required to lift objects up to 25 pounds.
