The Outbound Call Center Manager implements and reviews contact center outbound policies and procedures. Manages and directs all aspects of outbound contact center operations. Being an Outbound Call Center Manager is responsible for staff recruiting, performance evaluation, training, and development. Oversee the outbound interactions and workflow to ensure that performance standards and sales target are met. In addition, Outbound Call Center Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Outbound Call Center Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Position Highlights

    Monitor key metrics to gauge success such as employee satisfaction, development, retention, achievement of established excellence goals, and key performance indicators.
    Conduct full-cycle talent acquisition for the center and develop talent management plans along with center leadership for employee engagement, retention, recruitment and recognition.
    Support center leadership in the fair and consistent administration of Genesis Human Resources policies and procedures, pay practices and collective bargaining agreements, if applicable.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or SPHR/PHR preferred. 3 years previous work experience in Human Resources with proven track record preferred. Prior experience in healthcare or long-term care setting preferred. Must possess experience using systems and technology to support work activities. Ability to work flexible hours in order to meet with employees who work 24/7 is required.
