But What does the Call Center Mgr/Trainer DO?
In short, The Call Center leader is responsible for onboarding, training, and development of various level employees. This is an exciting position where you will play a key role in shaping the culture and leading a team.
In long, they are responsible to:
- Implement and execute any company-wide training initiatives as directed.
- Participate in coordination of training events and associated details.
- Facilitate specialized training as needed/requested.
- Collaborate to design, deliver and evaluate the success of training programs.
- Conduct knowledge checks to ensure understanding of training.
- Host live in-classroom, virtual, recorded, and on-site training sessions.
- Call, set, and confirm appointments.

The Specifics – What do you Need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent. (A college degree is nice to have as well)
- 3 Years Managing a team with Knowledge of Auto Finance Industry a plus.
- Skilled with PC and Microsoft Operating Systems software, a variety of telephone equipment, including headset or handset.
- Required to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
