The Outbound Call Center Manager implements and reviews contact center outbound policies and procedures. Manages and directs all aspects of outbound contact center operations. Being an Outbound Call Center Manager is responsible for staff recruiting, performance evaluation, training, and development. Oversee the outbound interactions and workflow to ensure that performance standards and sales target are met. In addition, Outbound Call Center Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Outbound Call Center Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. A qualified applicant must have a minimum of 3 years call center experience, 5 years management experience, excellent computer (excel) and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, sales experience to overcome objections over the phone. Teach others the methodology of how to become a call center representative, resolve conflicts and be available to work evenings and weekends if needed.
Base salary plus bonuses.

Job duties include:- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Hire all call center reps.
- Teach methodology to others to become call center reps.
- Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and overcome objections.
- Manage sales reps schedule through CRM.
- Proficient in Excel, Lead Perfection (CRM).
- Achieve weekly and monthly reports and quotas.
- Ability to negotiate Lead credits from multiple lead sources.
