We are currently seeking a motived and dynamic individual to join our team as an Outbound Call Specialist. As an Outbound Call Specialist, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in our inventory, as well as to follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone email and online platforms
• Build rapport with potential customers understand their needs and provide appropriate information about our inventory and services
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure a seamless experience
• Collaborate with our sales team to provide accurate and timely information about customer preferences and requirements
• Maintain a customer-centric approach
• delivering exceptional service at every interaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• both written and verbal
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Pass Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
