Outbound Contact Center Supervisor supervises employees who place telephone calls or other interactions to potential customers. Monitors and evaluates interactions and workflow to ensure that performance standards and the volume target are met. Being an Outbound Contact Center Supervisor is responsible for the daily activity of contact center policies and procedures including meeting contact center operational standards, maintaining employee service levels, improving quality service, preparing reports, keeping equipment operating, maintaining professional and technical knowledge, and accomplishing organizational goals. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Outbound Contact Center Supervisor typically reports to manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members.     About the Role :

    • Manage Contact Center for appointment booking, customer acquisition and retention campaigns
    • Manage omni channel communication (telephone, text, emails)
    • Develop objectives for the contact center’s day-to-day activities
    • Manage a call center team of 10-12 employees
    • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
    • Collect and analyze contact-center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.)
    • Assume responsibility of staff performance and quality tracking
    • Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards
    • Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures
    • Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
    • Prepare reports for different departments or upper management
    • Acts as a backup, when needed, to assist reps when call volume dictates

    Requirements and skills

    • 2 years experience in a contact center
    • Proven experience as contact center manager or similar position
    • 3 years experience in leading teams in a customer service environment
    • Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
    • Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot and / or Salesforce)
    • Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.)
    • Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment / software programs
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
    • Positive and patient, ability to motivate the team to meet goals while keeping a fun and engaging atmosphere
    • High school diploma or equivalent; Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated
    • Certified Call Center Manager (e.g. CCCM) or equivalent qualification is a plus
