Outbound Contact Center Supervisor supervises employees who place telephone calls or other interactions to potential customers. Monitors and evaluates interactions and workflow to ensure that performance standards and the volume target are met. Being an Outbound Contact Center Supervisor is responsible for the daily activity of contact center policies and procedures including meeting contact center operational standards, maintaining employee service levels, improving quality service, preparing reports, keeping equipment operating, maintaining professional and technical knowledge, and accomplishing organizational goals. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Outbound Contact Center Supervisor typically reports to manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other lift trucks to safely and efficiently move materials and products.
- Load and unload trucks, stack, and store materials in designated areas.
- Perform order picking and ensure accuracy in product selection and quantities.
- Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations including OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating forklifts or other heavy machinery preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and product handling.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and long periods of standing or operating machinery.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members in shipping and receiving departments.
