Lotus Coordinator Responsibilities

As a Lotus Coordinator, you are responsible for the training and education of the team members that provide care and services to the Lotus Guests.

Lotus Coordinator Requirements

• Must have immediate to advanced computer skills, including experience working with an EMR or EHR.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle team members based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
• Possess leadership abilities and willingness to work harmoniously with members of the team.
• Must be organized and demonstrate time management skills.
• Must maintain the care and use of administrative supplies, equipment, etc., and maintain the assigned office in a clean, safe, and attractive manner.
• Ability to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with team members.
