Outpatient Care Coordinator jobs in Madison, WI

Looking for a friendly and efficient individual to join our growing team at our East Madison location.

This person is responsible for assisting patients at the start and end of their appointment. Duties and responsibilities include greeting patients, updating patient information and insurance coverage. Scheduling appointments, posting payments, triaging telephone calls, and introducing patients to optical. Candidates must be capable of maintaining strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA policies and procedures. The ideal applicant will also possess strong multi tasking and interpersonal skills. Experience is preferred by not necessary.
